Highway shoulders are the priority case

The 417 and the Beachline carry fast traffic with narrow shoulders in places. If you have a flat or run dry there, the safest move is to get as far right as the shoulder allows, keep everyone out of the traffic side of the vehicle, and turn on hazards. If the car cannot be moved out of a travel lane, that is a 911 call before it is a roadside call.
