Garage-first, evening-heavy calls

Unlike the park lots, Disney Springs traffic peaks at night. Dinner and shopping mean a car sits for three or four hours, not twelve, so batteries fail less often than at the parks — but lockouts rise, because bags, strollers, and shopping go in and out of the trunk repeatedly.

The garages are well signed, and each space is numbered. Reading your level and space number into the request removes almost all of the search time. Note the garage colour too; Orange and Lime look identical from inside.

• Which elevator or escalator bank you are nearest.
• Vehicle colour, make, and plate.
• Whether you are parked in a surface lot on Buena Vista Drive instead.

Lake Buena Vista hotels and Apopka-Vineland

The hotel strip along Hotel Plaza Boulevard and the properties off Apopka-Vineland Road (SR 535) generate their own calls: rental cars left for multi-day park trips, and fuel runs that get postponed one day too long. Valet-parked vehicles need the hotel's involvement, so start with the front desk if the car is not accessible to you.

Rental cars at Disney Springs

Rental cars are the single most common vehicle Roūte helps in the tourist corridor. Before requesting help, check the rental agreement or the app for the company's own roadside line — some contracts include assistance and some charge for it.
