By providing your mobile number and opting in (in the app, on the website, or to receive a tracking-link share), you consent to receive recurring transactional and account-related text messages from Roūte at that number, including messages sent via automatic dialing systems. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

- Verification codes and security alerts
- Job status updates (e.g., Provider en route, arrival, completion)
- Customer-shared live-tracking links
- Receipts and support replies
- Occasional service announcements you may opt out of
Frequency
Frequency varies based on your activity.
Carriers & charges
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation. Reply HELP for help, or email support@tryrouteapp.net. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional messages tied to an active job; deactivate your account to stop all messages.
Privacy
Mobile information is processed under our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.
