Direction of travel matters
Expressway shoulders are not crossable. Always state whether you are eastbound, westbound, northbound, or southbound so the driver takes the correct ramp.
Common expressway calls
Flat tire changes, jump starts, fuel delivery, and lockouts are the most frequent requests on I-4 and CFX roads. Severe mechanical failures usually need a tow instead.
When to call 911 instead
